Return & Exchange Policy

Open Box Policy: Customers can check the product in front of the delivery agent at the time of delivery. If there’s an issue, you can return it immediately to the delivery person.

After Delivery: Returns are not accepted after delivery is complete, except for specific conditions approved by customer service.
